Free Courses from UNITAR

With extensive experience in diplomacy and macroeconomics, Marie Altagrace Astride Nazaire serves as the minister counselor for economic affairs for the Permanent Mission of Haiti to the United Nations. Throughout her career, Astride Nazaire has participated in training courses at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

Since 1963, UNITAR has functioned as the educational branch of the United Nations. Dedicated to enhancing diplomacy and public policy initiatives, the institute offers hundreds of events and educational activities each year.

UNITAR particularly aims to benefit those in the least developed countries. To support this mission, the institute provides many free courses open to the public. These courses include Human Rights and the Environment, Global Framework for Climate Services, and Strengthening Civilian Capacities to Protect Civilians.

With many of its courses offered online, UNITAR supports individually paced learning. To view the full list of free courses or learn more about the institute's mission, visit www.unitar.org.
